Does Modern Kung Fu teaach Head kicks?

It all depends on the training on the individuals involved and the environment they are fighting.
It is MKF'S feeling high line kicks (head kick in your situation ) are hard to land normally low line kicks make more sense than high line kicks.

Low line Kicks to the legs seem to be much more effective then a high head kick.. Low kicks can damage and destroy opponents base and balance .

For myself this can set up a follow-up with fist's knees elbows and/or take down- ground and pound

Kind yet Dangerous

I've got black belts in traditional Ju-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Aikido. I meet Devin at an wrestling event In Utah and he took about 10 minutes and a few of the moves of his Street Grappling put me in a world of hurt. He was so, very kind and showed me some moves that were so simple yet effective.

In 1978, I started real martial arts training at the East West Karate Kung Fu school in Walnut Creek, CA with Grand Master Richard Lee. At the time, East West had I think 10 schools throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. in 1982, after finishing high school, I heard of this smart a* * kid "Devin Willis "

I wanted to fight Devin Willis and his Brother Triton Willis, and had a chance to fight Devin at a party. I think Devin was a cheater because He asked me what time it was and kicked me in the groin and punched and broke my nose. He was rude and said he would fight me any time, but I never did

After about 1986, I was focusing on building my professional career in Information Technology. I was also teaching a lot at the local H.S school. Between my career, teaching and personal life, there was less and less time left for my training, and after a little while, in 1987, I have since quit martial arts training as a regular activity. Between than and the beginning of 2007 my martial arts training was sporadic, but my desire was allways there.

The story of how I fought "Devin Willis"
Raul Garcia

I am currently a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt . I first met Devin Willis in aa Challenge match was set up by my cousin who was also, progressing in BJJ in So. Ca late 80's . I was a Blue Belt at the time. We (Royce) had already beat one of his instructors although I heard gorge? was not a good one or was not an Instructor..

Anyhow we started out I could not apply the moves that I thought I would get, he seemed to throw “the timing” off . Devin somehow clinched, took me down I immediately went for a rear naked choke, but he turns into and dumps me down to the ground I hit my head and the next thing I know my,arms pinned hard under knees, looking up helpless at Devin I felt so humiliated and helpless …

But He stopped and helped me up and said how impressed he had been. I will always remember that as the best and worst day of my life

I do want a rematch (Friendly)-I have his new address via this website(someone contacted me. I hope it happens

Info from http://www.selfdefenseeducation.com/

The Guardian Self-Defense program began over ten yours ago when Devin Willis (a experienced self-defense specialist) and a few associates began looking for a simple but effective method to help the general public from becoming victims of the increasingly dangerous society in which we live. He taught rape prevention classes and youth awareness and defense courses in California, but wanted to extend his reach and influence to a nationwide audience.
