Hey LA boxing! I just wanted to let you know what a great job I think you are doing. It's so refreshing to go to a gym that is different from the same routine you find at other places. I think the classes are awesome and I really appreciate how personal the instructors are during the class. They always make sure to walk around to let you know what you are doing right and what you could improve on. I love that it's a total body workout as well. Each class is so different so you never get the same routine. It really is an awesome addiction going to LA Boxing. Thanks again for being so personal with the members of your gym! *

I went to check out LA Boxing in Orem and was treated rudely by the staff. I'll be giving my patronage to the competition next door.

Here's my testimonial:

After working out at a normal gym for a few years I was feeling burned out and needed a change. I thought LA Boxing would be able to provide me with a good workout, as well as learn how to fight. Upon joining LA Boxing, I thought I was in good shape and would not have a problem physically. However, after my first class I learned I was not as physically fit as I thought I was. I kept looking up at the clock wondering how much longer I had to suffer.

After being a member for almost a year I have seen a huge increase in my cardio and strength. When I'm running my heart rate is lower, I'm able to perform better at mountain biking, and I have seen an increase in strength. All this is from doing the normal classes at LA Boxing and not doing any additional excercise/strength traning. If you are thinking about joining LA Boxing I highly recommend it, the staff are great and the workouts deliver a knockout.
